We’re excited to bring our FreeTHEM Family together for our November All Hands Meeting! This month, as we prepare for the Project Mona’s House Gala on December 10th, we'll take some time to focus on the upcoming event and how we can all play a part in making it a success.

All Hands is more than a meeting. It’s an opportunity for our FreeTHEM Family, volunteers, supporters, partners, and community members to come together, hear what’s happening, learn about our mission, and have a voice in where we're going next.

This month, we'll share important Gala updates, learn together, and create space for everyone to connect and contribute to the different areas of work happening across Project Mona's House.

Our November All Hands Schedule

6:00–6:20 PM | Food & Fellowship

Grab some food, catch up, meet someone new, and reconnect with the FreeTHEM Family.

6:20–6:40 PM | Announcements & Gala Updates

Get caught up on important updates, upcoming opportunities, and what's happening across Project Mona's House.

We'll also take time to discuss our upcoming December 10th Gala, share where we are in the planning process, highlight important details, and talk about ways everyone can help spread the word and support the event.

6:40–7:10 PM | Education

Each month, we'll take time to learn together through education and conversation around topics that matter to our mission and our community.

This month, we'll continue building our understanding of human trafficking, exploitation, and the work being done to prevent exploitation and support restoration. We'll also connect this education to the importance of sharing our mission and raising awareness throughout our community.

7:10–7:40 PM | Breakout Groups

This is where YOU get involved! Choose a group and spend time talking, brainstorming, sharing ideas, and learning more about that area of our work.

Our breakout groups will focus on:

• Mona's House

• FreeTHEM Center

• YWEA

• Fundraising

• Events

• Outreach

• Legislation

7:40–8:00 PM | Bring It Back Together

Each group will share what they discussed, ideas they came up with, questions they have, and anything they want the larger group to know.

This Is Your Invitation to Reconnect.

Whether you've been with Project Mona's House for years, haven't attended an All Hands in a while, or are just getting connected, we want you there.

As we approach our December 10th Gala, this is an opportunity for all of us to come together, learn more about the work happening across our organization, and find ways to help move the mission forward.
