Ladies we have lots of interest in dancing tango... Yay..... We don't have enough men..... Nayy...... I know.

However let's make it a super fun ladies class then! Beginner Ladies Practice with Catherine consists of 15 mins of practice in each of these areas: Balance Exercise Walking Exercise Circular Exercise Rebound Exercise

Every ongoing week will be something different explored. When we pair up with someone - magic will happen called Tango. :) It's all good.

Each exercise will easily able to be replicated in your home. Practicing on your own absolutely helps you to become a better dancer. Tango is a very internal mind game dance. You have to psyche yourself up that "I can do this...." Plus, you have to actually get out on the dance floor. Then again, if you think you can go to a class and all of a sudden be able to do it fabulously, think again. You will learn the foundations, but how and when you apply them or decorate them will absolutely be up to you. So we will essentially have a ladies tango class early Saturdays for one hour for $8.00 starting 11/21/26 that will run for one month. At the end of the month you will know a lot and classes are fun because it's challenging and we support each other. No dance experience necessary. That said, we NEED LEATHER BOTTOM shoes Or soft slippery socks. No sneakers, no rubber bottom shoes as we need to turn. Bring water and a friend. See you later this month. Classes will be held at Kenmore Baptist Church upstairs. Please use door on Wardman Rd.

** Prior to this I will hold a 1 hour Introductory class that will include men. They can start at 11AM till noon and then... from noon to 1:00 We will switch over to Ladies. Whoever wants to come at 11 AM is welcome but we don't know how many men will be present. If you are willing to learn the man's lead, we love you! Each hour long class will be $8.00 per person.
