- ➤ Registration is open for the annual Ride for Roswell fundraiser, which will launch from UB North Campus on June 27. Riders can choose among nine routes (4 to 100 miles long) to support fundraising for Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. Spectrum News
- ➤ NYSSEG is upgrading the grid in Cheektowaga by replacing decades-old, defective poles to reduce outages during storms and improve service reliability. Line Supervisor Matt Wilson said the work is essential and will continue to benefit local residents. ABC 7

- ➤ A large water main break near Hertel Avenue and Military Road near the Jasper Parrish apartments flooded several blocks, and vehicles are stuck as Buffalo Fire Department Rescue 1 responds — the area is closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic. ABC 7

- ➤ After a 13-year run on Franklin and Mohawk, Osteria 166 is moving this late spring to 674 Ellicott Street inside Ulrich's 1868 Tavern near the Medical Campus. The restaurant will serve fast casual lunches, continue its catering operations and host the Meatball Street Brawl event + celebrate its legacy. ABC 7
- ➤ M&T Bank announced today that it will require over 7,000 non-branch workers in Western New York to work from the office at least four days a week beginning this year, mainly affecting downtown staff. WGRZ
- ➤ Trader Joe's scored 86 on the American Customer Satisfaction Index—making it the top-rated grocery chain nationwide—while Wegmans dropped to 78 as customers in Buffalo noted issues with store layout and checkout speed. WGRZ

- ➤ Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo laid off about 150 workers last week amid Medicaid cuts, and local specialized schools for disabled students are asking for an extra $10 million in state funding to help with rising costs. WBFO
