- ➤ A new 7 Brew Drive Thru Coffee shop in Amherst is drawing long lines and traffic backups at Maple Road - North Bailey as customers wait for its popular drinks. Town Supervisor Shawn Lavin said he is monitoring the situation and the chain plans to open more locations soon. ABC 7
- ➤ Beebe's on the Square will open this March at the foot of Lafayette Square inside the Brisbane Building. The new bistro, cocktail bar, and event venue plans to boost downtown dining with a European-style menu, live jazz, and local art displays. ABC 7

- ➤ National Fuel Gas Co. projects average heating bills in Western New York to hit $205 this February due to a cold snap, which is $46 or 29% higher than its fall forecast. Customers should be ready for higher heating costs as the cold continues. The Buffalo News
