- ➤ Evidence from 2 On Your Side shows that Sheriff Garcia's claim of not knowing about special treatment for his officer Daniel “D.J.” Granville after he damaged eight vehicles on April 11 does not match an email from May 1 and a complaint from a car owner — Buffalo Police are now checking if Granville’s sister-in-law helped hide the truth — and the incident has cost $60,000 in taxpayer funds. - ➤ Nathaniel S. Rivera, 35, from Lake View was arraigned this morning in Hamburg Town Court on charges of burglary and grand larceny after he broke into a building on Lakeview Road on March 7th to steal over $1,000 in tools from town departments—he is set to return next Tuesday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m. and may face up to 7 years in prison if convicted.
