- ➤ Buffalo Police detectives arrested notorious property owner Charles Dobucki at an auto shop in North Buffalo for charges including three outstanding housing court warrants and false impersonation after he repeatedly failed to address code violations at his long-abandoned property at 2 St. Louis Place in Allentown+ he is set to appear in housing court on May 19 at 9:30 a.m. Buffalo Rising
