  • Tops added the Buffalo Sabres logo to its exterior signage at six stores today — the update makes the sports emblem visible to customers across the community.  WBEN
  • Ingram Micro moved its employees to downtown Buffalo Monday morning as President Bill Brandel explained the reasons behind the relocation. The move is expected to benefit the company and the local workforce.  WBEN
  • Ingram Micro is relocating downtown and will add 1,200 workers to the local workforce today. The move aims to boost business activity as leaders work to revive the energy lost after Covid-19.  The Buffalo News

CULTURE NEWS

  • SOMBR announced that their 'You Are the Reason' Fall Arena Tour will stop at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo on Nov. 14; presale tickets are available today at 10 a.m. while general tickets begin on April 17 (the tour features a rotating lineup of supporting acts including Interpol and The Last Dinner Party).  WGRZ
  • Barry Manilow's concert at KeyBank Center, set for April 22, is postponed due to his doctor's orders (following his lung cancer diagnosis); tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date when announced.  WGRZ

ECONOMY NEWS

  • Gas prices in Buffalo jumped another 15 cents today, putting upward pressure on local fuel costs. Commuters and shoppers may feel a higher pump price as trends show continued increases.  WBEN

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Buffalo State’s social work program is the first bachelor-level program allowed to offer the ACOSA Community Practice Certificate (boosting students’ portfolios) and will launch its fully online degree in fall to increase access.  Buffalo State University
  • The New Era Cap Foundation is giving D'Youville $250,000—helping build its College of Osteopathic Medicine to train doctors for underserved areas. The new school will welcome its first class in August 2026.  WGRZ
  • Erie County’s Week of the Young Child launched today at the West Seneca Library, offering developmental screenings and learning activities for children from infancy to age five. The program continues at sites including the Buffalo AKG Art Museum and the Explore & More Children's Museum.  WGRZ
  • On Wednesday, March 25, 280 high school students from 12 schools gathered at Buffalo State University’s campus for the annual Physics Olympics hosted by local STEM educators.   • Tickets for the first round of the playoff game sold out quickly today with roughly 30,000 fans queued online for KeyBank Center (which seats 19,000) and watch parties are sparking excitement across the city.
