- ➤ The Diocese of Buffalo announced on Tuesday that former Bishop Henry Mansell died at 88. He led the diocese from 1995 to 2003 before serving as Archbishop of Hartford, and a funeral Mass will be held later at St. Joseph Cathedral. WBFO

- ➤ The Sabres' return to the playoffs has revived Tommy Calandra’s 1975 anthem that once rallied fans. Local fan Mike Calandra said hearing the familiar tune on the radio was a special way to share the team’s rich history with his son. WGRZ
