- ➤ Orchard Park’s 12-year-old Brady Donahue ran 32.1 miles in 10 days in March to honor his cousin Reese with Down syndrome—each mile symbolized the extra copy of chromosome 21 that defines the condition. He ran with friends through cold and rainy days and also wrote a research paper on Down syndrome that earned praise from his family. ABC 7

- ➤ Catholic Health System will pay nearly $3.3 million to settle claims it submitted improper Medicare claims over physician referrals as stated today by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York.
