  • Buffalo residents are happy as the National Buffalo Wing Festival returns to Sahlen Field today—fans say the open layout feels more like home than past venues and vendors plan to serve thousands of wings.   • Wings Over Batavia Air Show returns to Genesee County Airport this Labor Day weekend where trained pilots will perform aerobatics and warbird tributes— the U.S. Air Force Heritage Flight will fly the F-35 Lightning II alongside the historic P-51 Mustang to honor modern and past aviation.  WGRZ
  • The returning National Buffalo Wing Festival is taking place at Sahlen Field—diverse vendors and sauces from across the country add zest to the event.  WGRZ

  • Editor Dan Higgins shared his plan to play golf in Western New York this fall and said he finds beauty in even poor rounds because they show the true nature of the game.
