Cotter Fireboat, 125 years old and the world's oldest working fireboat, will be celebrated today at Riverfest Park on Ohio Street from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.—the event will include live bands, food, kids activities and a water cannon display at 2:15 p.m. with tickets at $30 and free admission for children under 12.

Today the Lancaster Boys Varsity Soccer Team is hosting an equipment drive in Lancaster to collect new and gently used sporting gear for Leveling the Playing Field WNY— a group that provides equipment to kids in Western New York.
