- ➤ The SPCA Serving Erie County rescued 200 farm animals in the Town of Brant this week and is caring for survivors including goats, ducks, dogs & cats. Many of the animals were severely neglected and had already died, and the ones left are being treated at the West Seneca facility or placed with local foster farms. ABC 7
