Join us for this 8-week Postpartum series in Buffalo, NY, centered around connection, community, education, and mindfulness for new moms and babies. Gather with other Buffalo moms in a supportive mom group environment to learn, feel supported, and deepen the bond with your babies. Geared towards lap babies (birth to 8 months) we will share our joys and challenges weekly and follow a specifically curated postpartum curriculum that will empower and equip you with valuable strategies you can implement at home. Classes are limited to 8 parents & babies to ensure an intimate environment. While we love partners, this event is for the birthing person & babies only. Facilitated by Dr. Alana Flitt, Brianna Nilsen, Megan Callahan, Valerie Sauers, Janice Holmes & Samantha Zimmermann.
