- ➤ WNY Girl Scouts organized a pet adoption drive — partnering with local shelters to match families with adoptable pets. Many local animals found new forever homes through the event. WGRZ
- ➤ Buddy's Second Chance Rescue has announced an Easter fundraiser titled 'Egg My Yard' to help foster families by raising funds for vetting processes and supply costs. - ➤ Shea’s 710 Theatre is now showing DIAL M FOR MURDER — an update by Jeffrey Hatcher of the classic thriller by Frederick Knott that mixes a tale of jealousy, revenge, and mystery. The play runs through April 13 with shows on Thursday and Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 8:00 p.m., and today at 2:00 p.m., and it is directed by Robyn Lee with a cast including Kate LoConti Alcocer, Steve Copps, Todd Benzin, Adam Yellen, and Kristen Tripp Kelley. - ➤ Buffalo student Roman Jimenez, 15, earned a Ketchum gold medal on March 25th — sharing the honor with co-medalist Amellyn Freeman — after achieving a 100% average that earned him a $1,000 award.
