The Wrap

Buffalo just clocked its warmest Nov. 4 on record, and the stretch behind it has been bizarre: temperatures have run 15 to 20 degrees above average since Nov. 1, after an 11-day rain-free run in late October. Wednesday's forecast high was 76, and the record it beat was 74, set in 2022. Shorts in November, who knew.

That is the very likely future for the Washington Street building that finds itself nestled between KeyBank Center and the LECOM HarborCenter.
